Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all miomia products ordered within the continental United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (average 5-7 business day delivery), and are sent within 72 hours, as stock is available. Notification will be sent if there are any anticipated delays in shipping the product promptly. We provide free ground shipping for orders over $75 within the contiguous 48 states. For orders less than $75, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during check-out prior to submitting the order. We ship orders twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays.

Return Policy
Miomia wants you to be nothing short of delighted with your purchase. Credit will be extended for all merchandise (fragrances, cosmetics, sale/discounted items are final sale) returned in unused, unopened and saleable condition within fourteen days of delivery and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items, as miomia guarantees the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products sold. Miomia will not be held liable for allergic reactions caused due to ingredients contained in the products offered for sale. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email customerservice (at) shopmiomia.com within 3 days of order receipt to be eligible for an exchange. No exceptions. If you have specific questions about any products miomia sells, please email us at customerservice (at) shopmiomia.com. All returns must by authorized in advance by obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA, please email us at customerservice (at) shopmiomia.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order ID# in your correspondence, along with your reason for returning the item(s). You will be issued an RA within 48 hours. Your RA must be clearly printed on the outside of returned packages. miomia does not refund the original cost of shipping, and a restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns. Any items returned without obtaining an RA will be automatically sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
